A masterclass in clean lines and contemporary design, this four-bedroom home optimises light and space, with an abundance of glass, bi-folding doors, and an impressive, open-plan principal floor. Boasting an enviable location in trendy Fulham and with the idyllic village-vibe of Parsons Green close by, you’ll have plenty of local spots to explore. Fancy a jaunt into Central London? With Parsons Green Tube station just down the road, the District Line is ready and waiting to whisk you into town.
It would be almost rude not to begin with the principal floor. An expansive living room and kitchen area that revels in its own spaciousness and instils (in us, at least) a strong impulse to do the same, by cartwheeling across the floor. Fresh interiors and modern furnishings create a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, complimented in the kitchen by contrasting light and dark tones. There’s also plenty of room for eating and entertaining, with a sizeable kitchen island and a large dining table by the bi-folding doors. Whilst the overall design code focuses on a softer palette, there are playful strokes of colour here and there, be it in the striking living room canvas with its injection of rock ’n’ roll glamour, or the sprinkling of vibrant patterns on feature walls. The bedrooms harmonise with pastel shades, natural light, and an ensuite apiece. And should the great British weather allow it, the patio garden is the perfect spot to enjoy those long summer evenings.
We love...
We love the little details - underfloor heating and SONOS speakers give this home an extra special something. Need an escape? The second living room, with its cushy corner sofa and large TV, is a great option for a cosy night in. There’s also a handy working-from-home setup in one of the bedrooms, including a desk and computer. Although, like most of the bedrooms, there’s also a TV. So whilst we can safely say the facilities are there, we can’t promise the motivation will be...
Home truths:
Home to a lovely canine companion, it’s worth noting that although we’ll clean up ahead of your stay, this might be not be the home for you if you struggle with allergies. A spare mattress is available to sleep an extra guest, just let us know in advance if you’ll be needing it.
