INDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Kick off your shoes or hang your jacket at the entryway near the powder room before you wander through the spacious main floor on top of beautiful hardwoods. The open plan of this area is ideal for large family gatherings, combining space for cooking, dining and relaxing. The kitchen has large windows that bathes the space in natural light and is filled with luxurious, state-of-the-art appliances to help you prepare food. Enjoy your meal around the large dining table and then relax and enjoy conversations with your friends on the nearby L-shaped sectional couch. Around the corner and through the French doors is a TV room with cozy seating and an attached full bathroom. Laundry facilities are provided on the second level. Heading all the way down to the lower level is a living room with large screen television which allows the downstairs to serve as either a quiet retreat for adults or a perfect spot for all the kids to have fun together.
OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
For as much as Lemon Drop offers to guests on the inside of the house, there is just as much to do outside. The back patio includes a large gas grill and picnic table for outdoor meals. A firepit and seating area provide opportunities for s’mores and late-night conversations under the stars. Younger guests will enjoy the elaborate Sandcastle Playground just steps away from the house. On top of all of this, a complementary golf cart is provided for guests of Lemon Drop during the summer season to help transport all of your gear to the beach or to have a relaxing drive around the neighborhood.
