This is the same front door that tenants in Unit 3 will use. Our beautiful, groomed beaches are only three blocks from the bay, with world-class boating, fishing and watersports. We are close to Atlantic City’s exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping and transportation. Our community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies. Uber/Lyft are easy and great ways to get around. You can get a ticket. **PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN PARKING PASSES BEFORE YOU LEAVE-A $200 PER PASS FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION IF TAKEN. ** TRASH Trash day is MONDAY. If you are staying over night on Sunday, we would really appreciate it if you could bring the trash receptacles (trash & recycling) to the curb Sunday night or early Monday morning. If this cannot be done, please let us know and we will send someone to assist you. GRILL There is a shared grill in the driveway. FIREPLACE This is a beautiful fireplace with a mantel. Unfortunately this is a non working fireplace. TRIPLEX Please note that this unit is on the 1st & 2nd floor of a Triplex. There are other tenants in the building in Unit 3 (3rd & 4th floors). OUTDOOR SHOWER We have an enclosed outdoor shower that is a shared amenity with the other units. INFANTS/ KIDS We welcome children of all ages. Guests will need to supply their own child supplies (i.e. high chair, pack n play), and the home is not child proofed.
