This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 2E) is all about it’s exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango’s tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building’s block. The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango’s downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles. Bed Configuration: Master - King (TV) 2nd Bedroom - Queen (TV) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Single over Double) and Double (TV). Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
