This townhome (unit 59) is located directly across from Purgatory Resort and is a perfect basecamp for your vacation no matter the season. The townhome features 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath. A ping pong table in the garage. The gourmet kitchen with granite tile counters and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area. Enjoy great views of Engineer Mountain and the ski slopes from either balcony or take a short walk to the beautiful community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor bbq area. The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a stocked pond for fishing. The master bedroom features a gas fireplace, Smart TV and balcony with amazing views of Engineer Mountain.

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).
The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets,etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
