Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Pets must be pre-approved by owner, and there is a pet cleaning fee $100. per pet.
- - Pets must be pre approved by owner and there is a $100 pet fee per pet Charged by Housekeeping Service.
- - There is a 10% TOT Occupancy tax for the city of Dana Point May not be included in AirBnb pricing and must be paid prior to check in.
- - ID required at Check In.
- - If you choose to use the Smart TV's to log into various streaming networks (Netflix, HBO, Amazon, Hulu) it is your responsibility to log out of the applications prior to check out. Property Manager will not be held responsible for any use of the applications that have not been logged out from.
- Please keep the house clean upon check out.
