This home features high end luxurious furniture, nautical antiques and state of the art amenities (Chiefs Pro-Kitchen with Thermador, Viking and High-end Appliances). This home has a smart sound system Sonos, smart assistant Alexa, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a smart TV in every room, and a smart lock system. The large deck allows for a a great entertainment space. Each King-sized bed can be split into two single beds allowing for a dynamic and versatile space suitable for a variety of parties
There are a range of activities to choose from like Yoga sessions at park, Whale watching, Fishing Charters, Catalina Express, Jet-Ski, Paddle/Surfboard, and Bike rentals at the Harbor.
This home is minutes away from Dana Point’s Great Restaurants, Bars, Music Venues, Surf shops, Boutiques, Parks, Beaches and Harbor.
Street Sweeping Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Trash Pick up on Mondays, except for national holidays would be the following day.
Trash Cans to be put to the left of the driveway by the mail box before 8 am.
Beaches, Harbor, Restaurants, Markets, Stores , Parks and hiking trails are minutess away and easily accessible.
Public transportation, Dana Point Trolley, Uber and Lyft are available.
Manzanita Dr. is a single family street. There is plenty of Street Parking available
Pets are conditionally allowed, and must be pre approved by owner. There is a pet fee of $100 per pet per stay.
This home is perched on a second level and does not include the lower in-laws quarters.
