The bedrooms consist of two king sized beds. Each bed can be broken up into two single beds. Guests have the option of having four single beds, two king-sized beds, or two single beds and a single king-sized bed. Each full bath has a bathtub and full body shower system. Outdoor space is landscaped with drought tolerant plants. There are fire-pit tables with adirondack beach chairs, chaise lounges, beautiful feng-shui inspired water fountains, and winery themed entertaining areas. There are many activities to choose from: Yoga sessions at park, Whale watching, Fishing Charters, Catalina Express, Jet-Ski, Paddle/Surfboard, and Bike rentals at the Harbor. This town is an art-lover’s dream with nearby art galleries and seasonal art festivals. Most attractions are minutes away, and Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city. There is a complimentary trolley during summer months. Pets are allowed conditionally and only after consultation with owner. This home is part of a four unit property.
