This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, 2,500 square foot townhome is located just across highway 550 from Purgatory Resort and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less than a 30 minute drive). Private hot tub on the deck!

The resort is both an amazing winter playground, and offers a wealth of all your favorite mountain activities in a cool and comfortable summer climate at 8,900 feet in elevation. For ease, there is a free on-demand shuttle to the ski resort in winter.
The home is adjacent to over a million acres of national forest land and backs one of the finest hiking trails in the area. Unlimited adventures await in the incomparable San Juan National Forest with walking access to three watersheds with abundant trout and extraordinary vistas of the Needles...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
