Welcome to Wright Spot! This home is located just 2.1 miles southeast of Bryant Denny stadium! The home is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a fully fenced in backyard and outdoor covered patio area with TV. The home can host up to 6 adults plus kids. Pets are allowed with prior permission, and there is a pet door that leads out to the back yard. The living room is equipped with plenty of games and reading materials, as well as plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy! The first bedroom has a King bed and a Twin XL bed and an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin XL bed. The final bedroom has a Queen bed and a bunk bed with a Queen bed over a Queen bed. The second bathroom is located down the hall. Outside there is a gorgeous patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit to make s’mores around with the family! There is also a grill outside as well as corn hole! We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! *Please Read Prior to Booking: *Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.* *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property.
