Welcome to Houndstooth Hideaway! This 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo is conveniently located at The Houndstooth Condominiums and under a mile from the stadium! The condo can sleep up to 11 people. This gorgeous and newly decorated/furnished unit is within walking distance of everything you may need, including plenty of restaurant and bar option! There is a wonderful balcony with a TV and electric grill, perfect for game day festivities! You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, tanning beds and 24 hr. business center with free printing! The first bedroom has a SleepNumber king bed and sleeping nook with a Twin over Twin Bunkbed with a twin trundle bed. There is an en suite bathroom that has a tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Twin XL over Queen bunkbed and attached bathroom with a tub shower. The final bedroom has a king bed and twin flip sofa and attached bathroom with a tub shower. This complex is next to the railroad, but we do have sound machines in all rooms to compensate for it. The complex pool area is open 24/7. Please be aware that there are no lights in or around the pool area. If you have a larger group, consider also booking Rising Tide or Southern Comfort located in the same building, one floor up! We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the following: a pet policy agreement (if pets allowed), a visitor form, a Bama Vacation Rentals Rules Form and submit photo ID with a live selfie for verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication. Please note that guests must be 25 years or older to book.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
