Cancelled reservations on certain booking sites have a 5% cancellation penalty

Check-In Form and Rental Agreement are required to be submitted prior to check-in.

Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted
