Relax and unwind in this split-level four-bedroom three-bath home that allows for plenty of space for large families and groups. Located on the edge of Fayetteville off of Cliffdale Road. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The partially fenced-in backyard allows unrestricted space for some outdoor activities with minimal separation from the neighbors. The upper level features three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master features a Queen size bed, the second with a Full-size bed and Twin XL, and the third with a Queen size bed. The lower level includes a second master bedroom with a King size bed and a Twin XL. There is a pull-out bed in the downstairs den for a total of 7 beds sleeping up to 12 comfortably. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
