Surrounded by the city’s museums and the charms of the traditional streets of downtown Madrid, Guernica I has 49 m2 and capacity for 6 people. It has two double beds and a double sofa bed. The apartment has air conditioning for summer days.
The bathroom is equipped with shower. In turn, the independent kitchen and gas consists of all the necessary tools for use, and appliances, such as the toaster or microwave, as well as kettle.
We like to personally welcome our clients on arrival.
The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non-smoking policy for all properties and pets are permitted upon request.
We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in, and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
