Charming apartment in Madrid

This 25 m2 apartment has a 3 people capacity and it is in the historic district of Madrid, in La Latina Neighbourhood. Very close you can find the principal attractions of the city, and its emblematic streets and leisure locals, also you can be surrounded by an excellent gastronomic environment. It has a double bed and a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utils, coffee maker, toaster. The bather is equipped with shower. We like to personally welcome our clients on arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. We have a strict non-smoking policy for all properties and pets are permitted upon request for a 30 euros charge. We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in, and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc. It is very important for us that you have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we are always available in our office hours from 9:00. to 21:00, and out of hours 24 in case of emergency.
