Very close to the center of Madrid and the student area, this 120 m2 apartment has a capacity for 8 people. It is located near Princesa Street, with its commercial and gastronomic stores. The nearest metro station is Guzmán el Bueno, although Moncloa is also.
It has bedrooms, 1 double bed and 4 single beds and has a capacity for 8 people. Pets allowed on request with a supplement of 30 euros.
It has two fully equipped bathrooms with shower. The kitchen in perfect condition with all the necessary utensils for your stay.
In the living room we can find a double sofa bed, television, free internet access and heating by electric radiators.
We like to personally welcome our clients at the moment of their arrival. The check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out before 11:00. The apartment has parking 12 minutes walking subject to availability and have an extra cost. Ask in case you are interested. We have a strict non-smoking policy for all properties. We will be delighted to offer a range of additional services (paid and upon request) such as: Private transfers, early / late check-in and late check-out (subject to availability), Organise your groceries etc.
It is very important for us that you have a pleasant stay. Therefore, we are always available in our office hours from 9:00. to 21:00, and out of hours 24 in case of emergency.
