The villa offers a large 4x8m private swimming pool, spacious garden with small children area, BBQ and luxurious garden furniture. The ground floor features a very spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, fireplace, dining area, guest WC and Shower. The first floor offers a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double room and a twin room as well as a family bathroom with a shower enclosure. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned and offers high-speed Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels and much more. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
