This villa is a stunning property located on Cape Greco coast line with amazing uninterrupted views of the sea. It has 5 boutique styled bedrooms, 3 en-suites and a main bathroom. The outside space is 600 square meters and consists of a large overflow swimming pool, whirlpool which can be heated (upon request) and an oasis garden filled with fruit trees.
The villa has been uniquely renovated by a well know architect to have an ultra modern design that exudes elegance. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have access to the patio which leads to the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is on the upper floor along with the open plan chic living space. Every inch of the house radiates stylishness with extravagant touches, at the same time giving guests the ideal place to escape to the sun and enjoy the views the house has to offer.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
