Protaras Holiday Villa Theodora 27 is lovely 3 bedroom villa with private pool is in an excellent location, just a minute’s walk from the sea and within 10 minutes walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay. Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern decor. The ground floor features an open-plan sitting area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. as well as a guest W/C. The upper floor features 3 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another double bedroom and a 2 twin bedroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower. Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside dining. Protaras Holiday Villa Theodora 27 is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and offers Satellite TV and free WIFI. Overall, an excellent villa for families or groups who want to be close to the resort center and beach. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
