Before making your reservation kindly notice, that not all apartments have been finalized yet and construction around the premises can happen till September 2022. Of course, we will do our most best to guarantee a peaceful environment so you can enjoy your holiday for this unique price, but we feel obliged to inform you on forehand. We want to thank your for your understanding and feel free to contact about questions of the construction.
Lastly, you have free beach access with a Beach pass, which is provided at the check-in. Lost beach cards will incur a replacement charge of $100 per card. Therefore, we take a $100 deposit on arrival....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
