The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall. This 3 bedroom condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. This vacation rental features 2 master bedrooms, one with a King and one with a Queen bed and both featuring en-suite baths with separate double vanity areas. The third bedroom has a custom made full bunk bed, en-suite bath with double vanity and flat screen TV. This bedroom is perfect for adults or children. The balcony is a great spot to unwind while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. There is a convenient guest laundry room located on the first floor of the building. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from. Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door. ***The pool and hot tub will close the day after Snowmass closing day and will open for the summer Memorial Day weekend. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.*** ******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions.
