The space
Situated at the borders of Kensington, Chelsea and Hammersmith, a few minute walk from Kensington Olympia exhibition grounds this 1 bedroom apartment is a true gem!
Make yourselves at home, stretching out on the inviting sofa, flicking through the channels to what’s on the flat screen television. There’s an armchair too, ideal if you just fancy reading a book in here, or checking what’s happening in the world using whichever device you happen to have to hand.
The bedroom is super comfortable with a king size bed and fantastic view over West London.

In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, prior to arrival, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license. Above information may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16; we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.
INSTANT BOOK GUESTS: if you are under 24, come from London and in a group please contact us first. You will also be required to present your passport at check-in.
Where the person making the booking is different to the guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for damages or house rules being broken.
EARLY CHECK-IN: We are happy to arrange a free early check-in after or around our check out time, as long as there are no guests checking-out on the day of your arrival. Subject to availability.
A GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN before check-out time can be arranged for an extra charge of 60% of the night rate. Subject to availability.
LATE CHECK-IN - For check-ins after 8PM we will charge a £55 late check-in fee.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11AM. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge a late check out fee (60% of an additional night’s stay). Late check-outs can be requested in advance but are subject to availability and may be charged at 60% of the nightly rate.
LONGER STAYS - For bookings 7 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper.
BABY COT: A baby travel cot (also known as a ’pack and play’) and high chair are available upon request, but we must have at least 3 days notice.
Please note - the travel cot mattress that comes with it is thin, as most travel cots are. We follow the Lullaby Trust’s advice not to put any added mattress or padding into the travel cot for the child’s safety.
We do not supply baby bedding for the travel cot.

This property does not accommodate events or parties, including bachelor(ette) parties.
A damage deposit is required. The host charges this at the time of booking. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
