The space
As soon as you enter this three-bed, two storey mews-style property, you’ll know you’ve arrived in the lap of luxury. It’s spectacular, bright and modern interior never fails to impress. The main living space spans the whole width of the house, so there’s a double aspect as well as a two sofas and two tables to choose from, including a small dining table.
The white-on-white theme is continued in all three of the bedrooms, the master featuring a beautifully presented king size bed. The second has double bed. The third another majestic double bed.
When it’s time to freshen up at the start of the day, or wind down at its end, the main bathroom provides somewhere luxurious for a soak in some bubbles, maybe while sipping some bubbly. If you’re in more of a rush, there’s a smaller wet room with a walk-in shower.

Guest access
The owners of the property are delighted to grant you full and exclusive use of their property for the duration of your stay. As you’d expect from a mews-style property, there is off-street parking right outside the house. Please let us know in advance if you’re bringing your car and we will activate the permit(for a small daily fee), so you’ll have a space to use throughout your stay. It’s also worth noting that the ground level of the property can be accessed step-free from the street.
To ensure everything runs smoothly during your stay, Van Zyl and his team will be on-hand to help, should you need them. They are experts at making people feel at home in OTA properties in London, and pride themselves on being quick to react to any request. The property will be prepared for your arrival to the highest standards with everything you need. There will be a guidebook to London compiled by Van Zyl which features his top recommendations of things to do during your stay. Should you require any more help or advice, please contact the team via OTA in the first instance.

REVIEWS - If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.
PROOF OF ID - In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, prior to arrival, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license. Above information may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16; we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.
CHILDREN UNDER 5 - Please get in touch with us before booking if you have children under the age of 5.
Where the person making the booking is different to the guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for damages or house rules being broken.
EARLY CHECK-IN: We are happy to arrange a free early check-in after or around our check out time, as long as there are no guests checking-out on the day of your arrival. Subject to availability.
A GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN before check-out time can be arranged for an extra charge of 60% of the night rate. Subject to availability.
LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11AM. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge a late check out fee (60% of an additional night’s stay). Late check-outs can be requested in advance but are subject to availability and may be charged at 60% of the nightly rate.
LONGER STAYS - For bookings 14 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper.
HOME TRUTH: This is a lived-in family home, so there’s a level of wear and tear, which only adds to the charm.
PET ALLERGIES: If you suffer from pet allergies, this home may not be suitable for you – the owner has a dog, Atticus, who sometimes visits the property.
London is constantly developing, therefore some building works on the street can occur from time to time, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm.
