The property is located 10 minutes by car from Cernobbio, above the famous Villa D’Este and a stone’s throw from the characteristic village of Rovenna, where you can find bars - restaurants - and minimarkets with basic necessities. The villa is also located on the path that leads to Monte Bisbino, which can be reached on foot or by mountain bike. It is advisable to arrive at the structure by car as there is availability of parking spaces right under the house, so that you can move freely.
