Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living and dining room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating and a dining area.
In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there are two bedrooms. The master suite with comfortable seating area and a generous master bath with a large garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity and a separate commode room. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
