Situated in one of the most coveted neighbourhoods at the heart of
Paris, this three-bedroom, top-floor riverside apartment is moments
away from the Eiffel Tower and the Esplanade des Invalides park. DINING
ROOM: Upon entering this apartment, the bright dining room greets the
guest with the view of the Eiffel Tower from the windows. There is a
wooden oval table with five matching chairs. There are rugs on the
parquet flooring joining the dining room space with the living/sitting
room space. LIVING ROOM: The equally bright living room offers a
leather sofa and a few occasional chairs around a coffee table. There
is a flat-screen TV by the windows and a small but characterful
fireplace. KITCHEN: The kitchen is separate and comes fully equipped
with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, boiler, coffee machine,
dishwasher, toaster and a small table and chairs as an informal dining/
breakfast area or to be used as extra worktop space to cook. BEDROOM 1
This bedroom offers a double bed. There are a study desk and chair,
some shelving and a window allowing plenty of natural light in.
BATHROOM 1 There is a bathtub with an overhead shower, a toilet and a
sink. BEDROOM 2 This bedroom offers a double bed. There is also a
bookshelf and an antique bureau by the skylight. BATHROOM 2 The second
bathroom has a shower with a sink, a toilet and a washing
machine/dryer. BEDROOM 3 The third bedroom offers a matching oak set
comprising of a queen bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The top of
the Eiffel Tower can be seen peeking out through the Parisian rooftops
from the window, which gently fills the room with natural light. **To
rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Home
truths: No smoking, pets or parties.
Please note that this apartment is on the eighth floor with access via
stairs and lift. Handy as the lift is, it only take you to the seventh
floor, so there will be a short climb at the end. Good for getting your
steps in though. A baby cot is available in the apartment. When your
booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in
form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details.
