This lovely 3 bedroom home is just minutes from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. Sleeps up to 7 guests.
The home enters on to a large entrance hall with artwork, mirrors, purple sofa and armchair. A grand entrance!
LIVING ROOM
This grand living room has high ceilings and a large bookcase, with traditional fireplace and mirror above. The room is filled with books, a chandelier hangs above and floral drapes cascade from the windows. The seating area includes floral armchairs and sofa, with a piano on the right of the fireplace.
STUDY/FIRST BEDROOM
The study is adjacent to the living room, with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed to sleep two guests. There is also a single sofa bed in this room, below the bookshelf. There is a desk and chair by the window.
BATHROOM
A very spacious, traditional style bathroom with a freestanding bath in lilac, a WC, washing machine and basin, with mirror above.
KITCHEN
A traditional kitchen with checked floors and white fittings. This room has all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a range cooker. In the centre of the room is a large wooden dining table and chairs, with artwork and cabinet surrounding it.
BATHROOM
A further bathroom, in bright white with a bath, overhead shower, basin and WC.
DRESSING ROOM
There is a dressing with large wardrobes and mirror, with a desk and chair in the corner.
MASTER BEDROOM
This bedroom has a double bed, fireplace and mirror above. Large white wardrobes occupy the right hang wall, with mirrors. On the left there is a dressing table with mirror and chair.
GARDEN STUDIO BEDROOM
Downstairs on the lower ground floor and accessed from outside the building. A pretty and spacious bedroom, with floral wallpaper throughout and a vintage fireplace, with mirror above. The room comprises a double bed, patterned rugs on the Parquet floor and a large sofa. There is also a desk with chair in front of the window, surrounded by green bookcases- a perfect spot to escape with a book and unwind. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom and overlooks the garden.
EN SUITE
This bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, sink and WC.
GARDEN
An expansive garden with lots of trees and plants, with steps up to different levels. A great space to relax.

No smoking, pets or parties! The garden studio is located on the lower ground floor and can only be accessed from outside the building.
