The Venini is a stunning penthouse in the most exclusive location of the San Marco District, with elevator and panoramic roof-top terrace.
This is a real home away from home, only one minute from the San Samuele Vaporetto stop and only a three-minute walk from the Sant’ Angelo one.
The apartment is right in the middle of beautiful Campo Santo Stefano, the Accademia Bridge and the renowned Palazzo Grassi Contemporary Art Museum. In the immediate surroundings there are a variety of good restaurants, bars and shops for sophisticated palates, beside the supermarket, the best boutiques and ateliers. You cannot find a better location in Venice historical centre.
Few Apartments in Venice offer such a spectacular panoramic view over the roof-tops: on the quiet so called “Altana” (typical wooden roof-top terrace) you can relax under the sun during the day or have a romantic candlelight dinner at night. It is easily accessible from an easy-to-climb staircase from the huge living room. You will probably spend most of the time on that terrace!
The Venini apartment is found at the 4th floor: you can access it through the small elevator or by the stairway. The apartment is composed of a gigantic living room, a good kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms. The living room is particularly prestigious: it features high wooden beamed ceilings, parquet flooring, many windows with view on “Salizada San Samuele” and access to the mezzanine where the owner used to work from his desk.
The most interesting part is the exclusive collection of beautiful Murano Glass objects properly locked inside the glass cabinets that you can see also in the photo gallery. Precious are also the limited-edition pieces from Venini (the famous Venetian Glass Artist) which gave the name to the apartment. Beside the glass object, this apartment features a collection of very interesting original paintings. There are also plenty of comfortable sitting areas and a good entertainment system with large TV.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (table for 6 people, large fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, 4 burners’ stove, etc...) and can be separated from the living room closing the sliding doors.
A long corridor connects the living area with the three bedrooms: the master bedroom and the second bedroom are furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and have en-suite bathroom with shower; the third bedroom, that can be used with 2 single beds or as double on request, have access to the third bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms aren’t very spacious as the rest of the house but are big enough for two people for a holiday.
The amenities of the Venini apartment include air-conditioning system in every room, independent heating system, Wi-Fi internet connection, entertainment system, modern appliances. It accommodates comfortably six discerning guests and it is suitable for all travellers with the only exception of children below 5 years old: special care has to be taken to avoid damages to the glasses.

About the area
Venice, Italy, is a city that enchants its visitors with its distinctive blend of history, artistry, and romance. The city is uniquely constructed on over 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. Instead of roads and cars, Venice is characterized by its waterways and gondolas, offering a truly unique urban experience.
St. Mark's Square stands as one of the city's most iconic landmarks. It is home to St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace. The basilica boasts stunning Byzantine mosaics while the palace showcases Gothic architecture and grand rooms adorned with art - both are symbols of Venice's rich historical heritage.
The Grand Canal is another must-visit attraction in Venice. A gondola ride along this major waterway provides breathtaking views of beautiful palaces and historic buildings lining its banks. For those passionate about art, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection offers an impressive collection of modern art from renowned artists like Picasso and Pollock.
Venice takes pride in its glassmaking industry located on the island of Murano where visitors can witness artisans crafting intricate glass pieces using age-old techniques.
The city also hosts several globally recognized events such as the Venice Biennale art exhibition and the Venice Film Festival which draw artists and celebrities worldwide.
For gastronomes, Venetian cuisine offers fresh seafood from the lagoon and traditional dishes like risotto nero (black risotto) made with cuttlefish ink.
In summary, Venice presents an irresistible mix of history, culture, artistic talent, gastronomy, and romance that makes it an ideal destination for any traveler.
