Located right next to Pilot Butte, this gorgeous 4-bedroom 2.5-bathroom house is built for entertaining. Whether it’s a family getaway or a reunion of friends, this home has plenty of room for the crew to relax and plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with space to prepare appetizers to serve atop the kitchen bar or to your guests enjoying the leather living room furniture. For dinner and dessert, enjoy reminiscing about the good times at the 8-seat kitchen table or outside on the patio deck watching the sun set. After you’re all happy and full, head into the bonus room for a few games of pool and after-dinner drinks, relax in the hot tub on the deck, or head downstairs to share stories around the bonfire. This is truly a place to relax and enjoy your time with the people you’ve gathered together. The home is dog friendly (2 dog max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). Dogs only please. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. LCSL202100688
