This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,400 sq. ft. home boasts a beautiful open floorplan with views of Engineer Mountain and is located within Purgatory Resort’s Engineer Village Community and is 24 miles north of downtown Durango (less than a 30 minute drive).
Enjoy the convenience of being at the ski resort, yet have the privacy and additional space in a luxurious home with a two car garage. The resort is both an amazing winter playground, and it also offers a wealth of all your favorite mountain activities in a cool and comfortable summer climate at 8,900 feet in elevation. For ease, there is a free on-demand shuttle to the main plaza near the lifts in both winter and summer.
The home is perfect for multiple families as it features two separate living spaces. The home is adjacent to over a million acres of national forest land and backs one of the finest hiking trails in the area. Unlimited adventures await in the incomparable San Juan National Forest with walking access to three watersheds with abundant trout and extraordinary vistas of the Needles Mountains. The home is also located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area.

On the lower level is the media / TV room, which provides an entertainment spot in addition to the large scree TV in the living room. The ground level is serviced by a full bath, and includes a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
