This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level home was built in 1955 by one of the original homesteaders on what used to be one of the original valley ranches north of Durango, where privacy abounds and frequent wildlife sightings include deer, elk, black bear, wild turkey, hawks etc.

The home has been completely remodeled offering a fantastic gourmet kitchen and modern bathrooms but also retains its original charm. The property also features a fenced yard, outdoor covered space and a season irrigation creek that runs thru the property.

Master Suite - King Bed with private bath
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Single over Single) .
The home is pet friendly (max 2 dogs) and the pet fee is $40 day (Max $250).
Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
