The well-maintained, newly updated, two bedroom condo (Unit 329) includes a full kitchen with new appliances, cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace and private off-ground balcony with panoramic mountain views. This unit does not have a washer/dryer, however there are coin operated laundry facilities in the building.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailers are not allowed.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the upper 40s.
Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Resort, 26 miles (less than 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes). Free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, and ski rental shop (with discounts)
Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.
All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps and guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices. Cable TV is not available in any units at Cascade Village.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
