This 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths luxury townhome is located a quick 3-minute drive to the heart of downtown Ouray; and 1/2 mile to the Hot Springs! This two-story townhome is ideally located central to many of Ouray’s most most popular amenities!
It’s an easy drive into town, or you can walk across the highway and hike into town on the Riverwalk Trail to Ouray’s famous Hot Springs Pool and Fellin park. In addition, you’re close to the fabulous Old Horse Thief Trail, Parimeter Trail and the North Corridor Trail along the river.
The townhomes entry-level has access to the living/dining room with gas fireplace, large flatscreen TV, dining area, kitchen, half bath, and a one-car garage .The stairs take you to living second floor, where you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
This home features a 65" flat screen TV in the living room, with a 36" TV in one guest bedroom along with a gas fireplace, a single car garage, with a well equipped kitchen for all your cooking and entertaining needs.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
