Located near all Ouray has to offer; our luxury condo makes this destination perfect for your next mountain retreat! The condo has all the comforts one expects with a well-appointed kitchen, featuring a wine fridge, up-to-date appliances and a comfortable dining area! For your comfort, we have A/C for the warm summer months, a gas fireplace to keep you toasty in the winter, and an elevator accessible from the back entrance. We have a Smart TV with streaming capabilities for all your favorite channels in the living area. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed. Each bedroom offers high end beds for your sleeping comfort, a full bathroom with beautiful tile finishings offering a tub and shower combination. Parking is available on 7th Avenue or Main Street (Main St. parking during winter months has restricted over-night parking) Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
