Bright and cosy one-room apartment on the ground floor in a strategic area close to Bormio, perfect to relax at the thermal baths at Bagni Vecchi and Bagni Nuovi, visit the city and its surroundings and have a great time on the sky slopes. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, Smart TV, a paid private parking, toiletries, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and lift. The house is at your complete disposal and we’ve put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space. You’re welcome, take care of it!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
