The beachfront villa sits on the north-east corner of Koh Samui and steps down the slope as a run of bedroom pavilions, each with a sky garden and sun terrace. Thatched roofs, open sides, lounges on several levels, and enough distance between them that everyone gets to enjoy their own space. A hot tub is built where the view is best, facing the sea and the beach directly below. The villa also has its own gym, massage sala, and a garden with a projector screen made for movie nights, which is typically where the last evening ends. Fully staffed, Sangsuri Villa 1 has its own private chef, the villa manager, housekeepers and gardeners are all onsite. Also included: daily breakfast and airport transfers. Stays of four nights and longer enjoy additional perks: a welcome dinner with wine, two 60-minute spa vouchers per bedroom, and your return airport transfer. Chaweng market and a walking street are 4km along the coast, when somebody wants a night out. Fisherman’s Village in Bophut is a 10 minute drive away. Occupancy This property can accommodate up to 16 paying guests, including adults and children aged 6–12 years. Up to 2 infants aged 0–5 years may stay free of charge. Two extra beds are available upon request at an additional charge of USD 50++ per night, subject to availability. For smaller groups, reduced rates may be available with a corresponding reduction in the number of bedrooms opened for your stay. Dining Areas • The indoor dining area can seat up to 16 persons. • The outdoor dining area can seat up to 20 persons. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged. • Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. • The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. • Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. • Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. Property Policy (Smoking & Pet) • Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only. • While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property. Events • Maximum number of guests: 60 to 80 guests (seating and standing combined). • Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay. • Low and Shoulder seasons: 3 nights • High seasons: 5 nights (for select wedding villas) • Peak Christmas and New Year seasons: 7-10 nights • Event Fees: * USD 800 + 7% tax for events up to 60 guests. * USD 1,200 + 7% tax for events up to 80 guests. • Small Events Policy: Pre- or post-event functions held on the day before or after the main event are equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee. • Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. Note that the security deposit fee is dependent on the number of guests attending the event. This will be used at the Property Management Company’s discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. • Music Curfew for sound systems, live bands and DJs is only until 12:00 midnight. • Fireworks are not allowed at Sangsuri Villas 1 to 3 due to safety reasons. • Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui. • Event guidelines and accurate quotations are available on request only. • The above rates are subject to change without prior notice.
