Its garden is surrounded by beautiful trees, has a stone path and a swimming pool with sun loungers, also has an outdoor seating area with sofas and table for outdoor dining and a barbecue. The house and its gardens were conceived and designed by an excellent architect from the Costa Verde region, aiming at the guests’ luxury and comfort. The house has 4 bikes for those who want to exercise and tour the city.
The interior of the house has an open atmosphere and because it has a large space, it combines the living room with the dining room in a balanced way. The Living Room has a TV space to enjoy great programming, movies and series through Netflix, Amazon prime and listen to your favorite music on spotify.
The kitchen is an equally beautiful environment, in an American style, it mixes rustic furniture with modern appliances such as a fridge, cooktop and Nespresso coffee machine.
The house has 5 beautiful suites, two on the first floor with the first having 1 double bed and the second with 2 single beds, two suites on the second floor with 1 king bed each and 1 guest house attached to the main house with 1 double bed. For groups over 10 people, the house has 2 mattresses and 1 sofa bed that increases the capacity for 14 guests. All suites are air conditioned and have an excellent view of the garden.
Far beyond everything the house has, the city offers several cultural, sporting and gastronomic activities, beautiful beaches and a great opportunity to step back in time knowing the city’s history and its beautiful monuments that delight everyone who visits it.

24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.
HOUSE RULES
To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.
Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.
We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
