Situated on the gorgeous Llano River, this incredible 3BR/2.5BA home is affectionately known as Blue Casa Rio. Enjoy a private beach ideal for floating, fishing, or sunbathing.
This incredible riverfront location allows you to float from Kingsland slab straight to the house. There is a public boat ramp at Kingsland Community Park, located 10 minutes away. Dining and shopping are minutes away in the heart of town. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns State Park and Inks Lake State Park.
Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the deck. In the evening, gather around the wood-burning fire pit or play a round of horseshoes. Bring your RV and make use of the provided hookups. A public boat ramp is only 10 minutes away for easy days on the water.
Added highlights include recently upgraded Wi-Fi and smart TVs. The living area is furnished with two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), two side chairs, and a Roku TV. The kitchen is configured with a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and an array of helpful cookware. When it’s time to dine, gather at the eight-person table.
This two-story home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.The primary bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed, a Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom provides a queen-size bed, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A half bath provides added convenience.
Your rental sits directly on the Llano River and features private access to the water. You can even float right to the house from the Kingsland slab. Enjoy prime fishing opportunities or read a book under the gorgeous trees.
The tranquil backyard oasis includes a deck, alfresco dining, and a sprawling yard with a wood-burning fire pit. Additional amenities include a gas grill and a horseshoe pit.
THINGS TO KNOW
Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. There is an RV hookup, a 50-amp electrical hookup, as well as water connections. If you bring an RV, only three cars can fit in the driveway.
Due to drought conditions, water levels may be low. No refunds will be given.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
