Tucked on a quiet street, this home provides an inviting hideaway just two miles from Rockport Beach and close to local shops and dining on Market Street as well as the Rockport Pier. The fenced backyard is equipped with everything you need to enjoy festive Texas evenings. Barbecue meals and dine alfresco under the covered patio equipped with ceiling fans before kicking back around the firepit. Gather in the backyard to play games in the grass on sunny afternoons.
Inside, polished concrete floors, a vibrant color palette, and large windows create a welcoming vacation setting. A sofa, love seat, and armchair provide plenty of plush seating in the living area. Relax and screen DVDs on the 48” TV. Create favorite meals in the modern kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. As dinner simmers, perch at the island bar. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table in the dining area to indulge together.
Drive to Rockport Beach to spend sun-kissed days on the sand. Anglers will appreciate being just 1 mile from the Rockport Pier. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors.
