Ground-floor outdoor spaces include a side patio facing the 8th hole and a front porch with lawn access. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV so everyone can watch their favorite shows as they lounge. They all also include ensuites, with the second primary suite featuring patio access right to the golf course. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
