A family-friendly fishing retreat with a private dock, this North Padre Island townhome is newly remodeled and located just a short drive from the beach. Within a 5-minute drive, you can dig your toes into soft sand on the nearest stretch of beach. Just 3 minutes away, Treasure Island Golf & Games offers a great place for some fun in the sun with the family. Nearby, you can fill a whole day at Packery Channel Park with opportunities for kayaking, birding, fishing, and nature watching - with boat ramps and additional parking available.
This North Padre Island townhome is spread out over three levels, offering big groups plenty of privacy. On the ground level, unwind in a bright living area with gray walls, luxurious furnishings, and a 42” TV. Sliding doors lead to a deck with a glass-top table. Enjoy alfresco dining with wonderful bay views sprawled before you. Opposite the living area, a wooden dining table seats everyone, and the nearby galley kitchen has a Keurig machine for your morning caffeine fix. A serene guest bedroom with seafoam-green tones features a full-size bed and access to a private balcony. The primary bath has a shower. Another short staircase leads up to the primary bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, a 50” wall-mounted TV, and a closet for storage. The kid-friendly third bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds decked out in nautical-themed blue and white bedspreads. Both bedrooms share access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Boat docks are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
