This condo includes two bedrooms and a futon in the living room that sleep six total. Two full bathrooms and a half bath are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
The upstairs master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, chic armchair, and 40” flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a beautifully-tiled walk-in shower.
The guest room provides a plush queen bed, desk area, 32” flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath is located on the main level.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step out to the private balcony overlooking 5th Street, complete with a bistro table and four chairs.
Enjoy refreshing swims in the shared outdoor pool. Sunbathe on lounge chairs bordering the 6’ deep unheated pool. A lounge area in the open courtyard offers a great spot to unwind between adventures.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the parking garage. A private washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
LOCATION
Enjoy quick access to downtown (2 miles away) via the Austin MetroRail station located 1 block away. You’ll also be close to bike-sharing stations.
Walk several blocks to East 6th Street and discover a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and live music venues. Several breweries are also located within walking distance of your condo.
Rent bikes or scooters and cruise along Lady Bird Lake via the Ann & Roy Butler Trail - located approximately 1.2 miles from your condo. During warmer months, explore the open waters on kayaks or paddle boards available for rent along the lake.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
