Watch movies on the 60” flat-screen TV, rack up a game on the pool table, and sprawl out on leather couches and recliners. A large gourmet kitchen will inspire the chef in your group with granite countertops, island areas, a gas range, and wine fridge. The elegant formal dining area has an 8-seater wood table. Outdoors, you’ll find a huge fully-covered outdoor kitchen. This impressive space features a stainless steel gas grill, double burner, mini fridge, 11-seat dining table, and 55” flat-screen TV. Take a dip in the spectacular infinity pool and enjoy a panorama of sigh-inducing Hill Country views. Relax in the shaded sitting areas or soak in the hot tub. Snooze soundly in the spacious master bedroom, featuring a king bed and access to the outdoor area. An en-suite bath adds extra comfort with a double vanity, soaker tub, and walk-in shower. The spacious second guest room features a queen bed, access to the pool area, and lovely views. The adjacent bath has a tiled shower/tub combination. Tucked away upstairs, the third bedroom is an open loft area with a queen bed and a full-size bed. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS **The oven is currently out of order at this home and will not be replaced until 7/28/2022. An XL countertop convection oven has been added for guest use, and the stovetop is fully functional. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Please note: the fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use. The master bath is not handicap accessible. THE LOCATION Drive 9 minutes to the beautiful surroundings of Inks Lake State Park for a day of hiking, fishing, and canoeing. Enjoy wonderful views throughout the park.
