Vaulted ceilings soar above the main living area. On quiet afternoons, play a board game at the table for four or watch a movie. A sectional and two armchairs set the scene for relaxed conversation in the second living area. The home office is located in a loft area above the entryway. This open space is outfitted with a desk and two monitors. You’ll also find a twin daybed and well-stocked bookshelves.
The kitchen features sparkling granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. As dinner simmers, perch at the bar for four or share appetizers around the table for six. The table in the dining area seats 10 for memorable meals (two highchairs are provided, if needed).
This home sleeps 11 guests between four bedrooms and the daybed in the office (two cribs are provided, if needed). Each bedroom has a TV. The primary suite boasts a king bed, a Nespresso coffee maker, and two private balconies. Spa-like features of the en-suite bathroom include a double walk-in shower and a deep clawfoot bathtub. The second bedroom holds a king bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is a junior suite primary suite that offers a king bed and direct access to the patio and backyard. There are two guest bathrooms: one configured with a tub/shower combination, and the other with a walk-in shower.
Spend dreamy afternoons outdoors in the walled backyard. The pool invites you to enjoy a dip at any time of the year. Rest in the shade on lounge seating beneath the cabana. Fire up the gas grill and dine at the table for six. Another small table is ideal for kids. On clear nights, relax beside the gas firepit or around the wood-burning chiminea.
Located in the desirable Estate Groves, you’ll enjoy a quiet location within a short drive of local restaurants and Gene Autry Park. Hike to a scenic lookout on nearby, Red Mountain Trail. Drive to Scottsdale to visit Old Town or watch a spring training baseball game.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 250 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
