Tucked away in a serene park side setting of the luxury resort community of Dover Bay, this three-bedroom bungalow  makes for the ideal family retreat.  This 2 story home features 2 bedrooms on the first level one with a king bed the other with a queen bed.  Upstairs bedroom has a full size bed, a twin bed, and a pull out couch. Each floor has a full bath. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, generous living room, gas fireplace, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  On Golden Pend Oreille can comfortably sleep a maximum of 8 guests.  This bungalow does Not allow pets. Guests will also receive complimentary use of the Dover Bay Lake Club Fitness Center with year-round outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub.  While vacationing at Dover Bay, you’ll have access to our tennis court and sand volleyball court during the summer months.  Kayaks and stand up paddle boards are available for rent in the summer and can be reserved on your reservation or at our market.  Snow shoes are available for rent during the winter.   The Dover Bay experience is truly one of a kind.  This established waterfront community is the ideal environment to rejuvenate from the hustle & bustle of everyday life.  Envision being steps away from a variety of trails for the jogging/walking/biking enthusiast, scenic overlooks for wildlife observation, a large community swimming beach, and a plethora of activities on Lake Pend Oreille to suit any individual’s preference.
