On the first floor, you will find the striking visual appeal of the living, dining and kitchen simply breathtaking. This sharply designed home is a one of a kind with luxury and upscale comfort strategically mixed. A corner lot and abundant windows provide natural light along with a bright, beachy ambiance throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked and then some. It is the perfect place to host a summer BBQ or winter holiday feast. Enjoy the professional grade 6 burner Thermador range, KitchenAid appliances, and ample counter space. Extra space to spread out or get privacy in the guest house. OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE Pull up a seat on the back porch under the awning and twinkling party lights as you listen to the waterfall park across the way. The rear deck also provides both charcoal and gas grills for cooking and eating al fresco. This space provides a smooth, natural transition and shared space between the guest and main house. Be sure to soak away in the perfectly relaxing hot tub. Summer Wind & Breezy Point rents with a 7 night minimum with check-in and check-out on Sunday in peak season mid-June to mid-August.
