The 880-square-foot, open floor plan boasts an inviting living area, where you can cozy up to the wood stove and stream your favorite series on the Smart TV, a fully equipped and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a cozy dining table seating up to four people. The living room opens up to the large wrap-around deck featuring a convenient gas grill for family cookouts! This retreat has been tastefully updated with new appliances, a fully-updated bathroom with a tile shower, bamboo flooring, and a ductless mini-split. The printer and high-speed WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for those last-minute projects. The Lookout Mountain Preserve trail is close to Whatcom Falls and Whatcom Lake and great for hiking and biking. Guests will have folding tables and desks, a WiFi-enabled printer, and additional monitors available, and the WiFi will make it easy for remote workers and students to perform some online research for those last-minute projects. Things to Know Dog-friendly There are two radiator heaters for each bedroom. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. A wireless printer and two 24" monitors are available for remote working upon request. 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
