Beautifully remodeled beachfront condo on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay! This 800 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps 2-5 comfortably. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen bed and the adjacent chair folds out creating additional sleeping space for three more people. Enjoy the panoramic view of the bay from the open concept floorplan. The gorgeous, crystal clear waters can be seen from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on the bay. The bedroom has a king size bed, sound machine, flat screen tv, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night sleep. The living room is decorated with relaxing beach tones and fun pops of color. It has a sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV with cable (sorry, no streaming). Traverse City has an incredible amount of great restaurants, but if you decide to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, and blender (margaritas!). Keep the cook company on the 3 barstools at the bi-level bar, and enjoy your meal overlooking the water at the large glass-top table for 4. After a day at the on the beach or adventuring around Traverse City, relax in the large jacuzzi tub in the newly renovated bathroom. The bath is fully stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. It also houses a stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience. When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day). If you would like to get on the water, on-site boat rentals are available at the beach. Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown. You must be at least 25 years old to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
