Beautiful beachfront condo on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay! This 800 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps 2-4 comfortably. The sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two more people. Enjoy the panoramic view of the bay from the open concept floorplan. The gorgeous, crystal clear waters can be seen from the kitchen, dining, and living room. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on the bay. The bedroom has a king size bed, sound machine, flat screen Smart TV, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night sleep. The living room is decorated with relaxing beach tones and fun pops of color. It has a sleeper sofa and large flat screen Smart TV with streaming and cable services. Traverse City has an incredible amount of great restaurants, but if you decide to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, and blender (margaritas!). Keep the cook company on one of the tall chairs at the bi-level bar, and enjoy your meal overlooking the water at the nearby table for 4. After a day at the on the beach or adventuring around Traverse City, clean up and relax in the stunning, newly renovated bathroom. The walk-in shower is fully stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. It also houses a stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience. When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day). If you would like to get on the water, on-site boat rentals are available at the beach. Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown. You must be at least 25 years old to stay unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
