Large patios and large living and kitchen areas provide plenty of comfortable hang-out space and incredible views. Stroll along the private boardwalk through the dunes to one of the most gorgeous beaches in Florida located just south of St. Augustine Beach. Or spend a day exploring the Old City of St. Augustine just a 10-15 minute drive away. Each unit is completely reconstructed and freshly finished in modern beachy decor to create the perfect vacation environment. Barefoot Hideaway I and II feature large back porches which overlook sunrises on the beach and double the living space. Three bedrooms in each unit are outfitted with comfortable furnishings, and baths and kitchen are fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. The living areas are light and bright and include a dining area and a pull-out Queen bed. And the best part of all....Step out onto a little short boardwalk that takes you over the dunes and through your private gate onto the beach! Beach supplies such as beach chairs, towels and cooler are provided. ***Note: The pool heater is available upon request from November 1st - April 15th. Please inquire for pool heating prices. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before checkin. Depending on the weather conditions, the pool may not hit the set point of the heater. Please note, when night temperatures go below 50 degrees the heater cannot operate effectively. Please plan your vacation activities accordingly. Startup bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided with each booking. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
